Standard Fee Structure
- Lease for Life referrals: 1% +VAT of valuation (not the discounted price). For referrals taking a percentage of their entitlement, the level of commission paid is equal to that percentage.
- Express Mover referrals: 1% +VAT of final sale price
- All referral fees are paid within 28 days from completion.
