How does it actually work?

With a single, one off payment you can purchase a Lease for Life (rent-free lease for your lifetime) in almost any property at a considerable discount to the property's value.
- You contact us with information about the property you wish to purchase a Lease for Life (a rent-free lease for your lifetime) in. This could be a property you've seen through an estate agent, or perhaps a brand new property you've seen at a new homes development.
- At no cost to you, with this information we confirm to you (personal quotation) the discounted price you would pay for a Lease for Life (a rent-free lease for your lifetime) in the property. - Once you've had a chance to discuss the matter with family &/or friends, should you wish to proceed, we will ask you to complete an application form & forward to us a valuation fee (which is refundable on completion). - Solicitors are instructed (if you don't have your own solicitor we can recommend a panel of independent solicitors to you) & once the valuation has been carried out, we will send you a formal offer in writing.
